You can sync Ectosy calendar with any other calendar that supports iCal links. In the Periods tab there is a section named 'External ical calendars' where you can export, import and edit iCal links related to the currently selected position.
For example, let's say you manage Villa Terra (position) that is also listed on Airbnb. Select it and click Import under 'External ical calendars' section.
Enter external calendar address (url), your internal title for it and click Save. After that accept loading external reservations to your Ectosy calendar.
External reservation has been added to your calendar for an unknown guest (25.07.2026.-29.07.2026.). Unfortunately, in this case it has resulted in conflicting periods that you have to deal with as soon as possible (see Conflicting periods).
You will probably want to enter the customers' name.
To export your Ectosy calendar for a position to some other calendar, select the position in the Periods tab and click on the Export button.
You will get the Ectosy iCal link that you can copy and paste in some other calendar that supports iCal linking, with several options (Include data from external calendars, Include interest, Only interest) you maybe want to consider before copying.
