Tourist resources (facilities) are promoted via public modal window that shows up after a potential customer clicks a snippet. He will be able to check a period for availability and the price.

A period will be publicly presented as available for unoccupied positions with assigned price lists that have defined prices (that is more than 0) for each day that period comprises. If such positions exist, they will be presented in the selectable and scrollable form with their details, prices, images, descriptions and geolocations. The customer will enter his data (email address, state, name, surname, no. of persons/pets), confirm the Privacy policy checkbox and click the 'Send me offer' button. He and app user will receive emails about that interest and it will also be visible in the Ectosy renter dashboard. Clicking on the 'Send me offer' button does not mean that the customer has reserved the position. It is just an inquiry and it is up to the renter to act quickly and communicate back professionally (Emails templates may help in that).

If such positions do not exist the period will not be presented as available. However, the potential customer will have the option to ask you for an interesting alternative.

There are several options that a renter can set for the public modal presentations, for each resource separately. In the resource view (click on magnifying glass icon) click on the 'Resource: visibility' tab and you will be presented with several choices regarding price visibility: Show price list, Rough calculation, Accurate calculation and No price/price list.

1. Option Show price list: if you choose this option you have to enter the url link for your price list. A potential customer will not be shown any calculated price. Instead he will be able to click on the link and check your prices.
2. Option Rough calculation: if you choose this option you will also have to enter the url link for your price list. Calculated price according to the price list will be shown, with the caveat that the final price may vary and the customer will be able to click on the link for complete information.
3. Option Accurate calculation: calculated price according to the price list will be shown without any caveats.
4. Option No price/price list: no price will be shown. However, if you enter the price list url its link will be shown.
Notwithstanding the price visibility option, if the renter wants certain periods to presented as available the position has to have assigned price list with defined prices.
