In its settings a position can be marked to be in permanent lease for a specific period not shorter than 60 days. Specific person is designated as the lesee and the price can be entered as total, annual or seasonal.

Save the resource with a position in permanent lease which will be marked with the red pin icon in the Periods and Views tabs

Permanent lease period enables the lesee to exclusively use the position within the lease period whenever he wants. His concrete arrivals and departures are registered as reservations through the usual calendars.
