Permanent lease is a special kind of arrangement between renter and customer, where customer gets open access to a tourist property for a period of time not shorter than 60 days. Price is fixed and can be agreed upon as 'Total', 'Annual' or 'Seasonal'. For example, permanent lease is often used for camping parcels.

Permanent lease is defined at the position level by checking the 'Position in permanent lease' option (under Position: main). Enter the lease period, customer's personal information and price.

Save the resource with a position in permanent lease which will be marked with the red pin icons.

By defining permanent lease period for a position you are not registering any specific customers' stay that can occur during that period. Red pins in calendar just show the complete duration of the permanent lease and it is up to the customer to choose when he will come and leave. Nonetheless, the customer has to announce his arrivals (or maybe someone other from his family, frends, dependent on his agreement with the renter) and renter can register them in the same manner as other periods (reservations).

That reservation will be visible in the calendar as 'Reservation within permanent lease' with the details.
