It is up to renter to decide whether he wants to enable ratings for his tourist accomodation. If he does, the guests will be able to rate the positions within 30-days period after their stay by clicking on the provided url address.

Link for the rating can be sent to the guest within the email that is generated by the 'Confirmed reservation' email template. If you do not want it, just remove the link from the email template.

You also decide wheter the ratings will be publicly visible in the public promotional modal for each resource separately.

There are two types of ratings: for the position and for the host. Position metrics are: information accuracy, cleanliness and value for money. Personal host metrics are: communication, punctuality and helpfulness.

There are five levels of ratings: 1 - appaling, 2 - bad, 3 - acceptable, 4 - good, 5 - exceptional.
