Custom snippets are created by inserting custom Html code in the 'child' position relating to <ectosy-public> tag. In other words, your custom Html code is 'wrapped' by the <ectosy-public> tags.
For example, you find a nice free Html button code that you would like to use to attract potential guests. Select 'custom snippet code' option and decide whether you want to enter it separately (html and css in separate text boxes) or integrally (html and css in one text box). After you are done choose the resources the snippet will promote and click on the 'Confirm snippet' button.
And that's it, custom snippet has been created, with all Ectosy functionalities. If you are satisfied, save it using 'Confirm snippet' button. Click on it will produce promotional modal for the included resources, and the interests of the potential guests will be forwarded to renters email and Ectosy dashboard, with the results data presented in the Hosting view.
