Business parties (web page owners and tourist accomodation owners) can get in touch outside Ectosy system and use it just to effectuate the promotion deal they agreed upon:

1. Web page owner publishes his web page on the Ectosy B2B market, with the terms of their deal included in the Ectosy offer form or he can point to some external source (uploaded document or by using the 'Additional terms/descriptions' field.).

2. Accomodation owner creates Ectosy promotional material (snippet or article). He does not need to publish it on the B2B market.

3. Accomodation owner finds the web page on the Ectosy B2B market (see B2B search web pages), checks the offer terms and, if everything is ok, proposes snippet/article to the web page owner.

4. Web page owner sees the offer in his dashboard and accepts it (click on terms icon and then Accept offer). After that the item is automatically registered.

5. The offer status in both parties' dashboards becomes accepted & registered (acoomodation owner uses refresh icon in the starting B2B dashboard or reloads) and the hoster (accomodation owner) is free to use the promotional material as Ectosy snippet/article and the parties can follow the results in the Hosting view.
